Ayurveda defines life as a manifestation of three major human body elements- body, soul, and mind. Body and mind can fall into the trap of vicious disease, but the spirit is free from such cycles of life. The bottom line is that in order to lead a healthy and happy life, some adaptations must be made to open the door of harmony between your body, soul, and mind.
