How to Do It:
- Lay down a carpet and bend forward over your legs, bringing your hips to your heels and draping your tummy over your thighs as you kneel on the mat or carpet. Place your forehead on the ground or use a thinly folded blanket or another soft piece of cushioning to support the curve of the cervical spine.

How to Do It:
- On the mat, choose a comfortable seat. Bend your right knee and pick up your right foot after extending your left leg forward. Ground the right foot by stepping it outside of the left leg. For the traditional variation, bend the left knee behind you and place the left foot outside the right hip. After raising your left arm keeping it close to your ear, bend at the elbow and hold the knee in a crooked position around the right knee. Grasp the right knee in front of your belly. Take a look over the right shoulder, elongating the collarbones and broadening them as you go. Breathe deeply as you continue to lengthen the spine. Work your sit bones down. Switch sides after holding for at least eight slow breath cycles.

How to Do it:
- Arc your back by lifting from the body’s center while lying on your back. Pressing the backs of the hands and forearms onto the floor as you bend at the elbows. Breathe through the side of your body while pointing the toes.

Gate Pose:
- Benefits for Breasts: This Yoga for fibroadenoma opens up your sides and facilitates the lymphatic drainage and also expands the side of the chest.
How to Do it:
- Sit up straight and move your left leg forward, lengthening your spine in the process. Open your right knee 90 degrees to the right and give it a bend towards the belly. With a vertical lift of the spine, raise your arms, and twist to the right with your left hand on the right knee and the right arm behind your back. Keep the pose for at least five breath cycles. Try to rotate your gaze and spine halfway forward. Drop your left arm next to the left leg, with your right arm raised above your ear, and touch the back of your head with your right palm by bending your right arm overhead. With a deep breath, move the top of your head towards the left foot. If it is possible for you, grab your left toes with your right hand. With deep breaths, twist your chest and belly upwards slowly. Flex your left foot for stabilizing. Repeat this entire process with the other side of the body.
Fibroadenoma is harmless, however, you need to keep a check on the size of the lump. The Yoga exercises discussed above improve blood flow toward the breasts and keep them healthy. Do these asanas to manage fibroadenoma.
